During your 5-hours cooking class, our chef will escort you through a journeys of the authentic Tuscan and Florentine food.

Prepare yourself for a travel inside the typical flavour and learn how to prepare our dishes.

Your cooking class starts with a visit to Sant’Ambrogio market. It is one of the most beautiful markets in Florence. This market is the best place where Florentins go for the grocery. Here you can find fresh fruits and vegetables and appetizing meat and fishes.

You are going to learn how to recognise the good quality of the ingredients and how to choose the correct ones for your recipes.

After your market visit, the proper cooking class starts. With the guidance of our chef your are going to prepare amazing dishes… Please be really careful during the explanation and during the preparation: at the end of your cooking class you will taste the fruits of your efforts with a relaxing glass of wine!

Please note that we don’t have an established menu. You’ll decide your menu  with the chef according to the season, as you are going to buy the ingredients at the market the same morning of your cooking class!
