Improve your knowledge of cooking many different recipes based on meat (chicken breasts with Vin Santo sauce or stews beef…) or vegetables. And, of course, desserts such as home made crostata (fruit tarts) or tiramisu….
At the end of class, you will dine on your own culinary creations, prepared by your own hands and paired with delicious Monterinaldi wines.
